UK standard delivery – £4.99

Free UK delivery on orders over £75

International shipping is available, and calculated at checkout.

SHIPPING INFORMATION

We ship all UK orders using DPD, UPS, or Royal Mail, depending on the shipping method selected at checkout. For international deliveries, Common Ground uses FedEx or UPS, and a tracking number will be sent to you via email as soon as your order is dispatched by our trusted couriers.

Please note, international orders made through the UK/Worldwide store may incur additional duties or taxes not included in the shipping costs at checkout. To avoid unexpected import fees, EU customers should place orders through our EU Store.

RETURNED OR UNDELIVERED PACKAGES

If a delivery attempt is unsuccessful and no one is available, the courier will leave a note with instructions on how to either collect the package from a local depot or schedule a re-delivery. If no note is left, please use your tracking number for more information.

Packages that are not successfully delivered and returned to our head office will require a new shipping fee if you wish for them to be resent.
