Returns & Exchanges

 

At Common Ground, we want you to feel confident in the gear you wear on and off the mat. We believe everybody deserves a perfect fit, that’s why we offer free returns & exchanges, giving you the freedom to find the fit that’s truly right for you.

If something’s not quite right, you have 30 days to make a return. We’ll even cover the cost of shipping (in the UK)! Whether it's a refund, sizing swap or a different item altogether, our goal is to make sure you’re satisfied. Just return your items in their original, unused condition—unwashed, unaltered, and with original packaging—so we can help them find their next home. 

What Can’t Be Returned?

We do our best to keep everything simple. We can’t accept returns on worn or washed items, items with noticeable scents (like aftershave or smoke), pet hair, dirt, or makeup marks.

How to Return or Exchange Your Item

  1. Fill out the packing slip included in your order: Note the items being returned, whether you’re requesting a refund or exchange (include the size or item you’re exchanging for), and the reason.


  2. Request a pre-paid return label (UK only): We’ll cover the cost of shipping in the UK. Simply send us an email at orders@commongroundjj.com or use our contact form here and we'll send you a pre-paid shipping label for you to print. Please make sure to include your order number.

  3. Package & send: Pack your items securely, attach the pre-paid shipping label and drop them at your nearest post office. You can return them using the same packaging to save on waste. Make sure to include the packing slip which includes your order number. Our warehouse address is included on the packing slip.

  4. If requesting an exchange: Please highlight this and the relevant size on the packing slip, so that our warehouse can easily ship out the new items to you quickly on the same day. Please note if the relevant size is not in stock, we will process a refund in full.



Do You Pay For A Return Label?

We offer free returns and free exchanges in the UK, so we cover the cost, giving you the freedom to find the fit that’s truly right for you. Simply send us an email at orders@commongroundjj.com or use our contact form here. Please make sure to include your order number.

We cannot accept returns on international purchases, unless all duties and taxes are paid.

How Soon Will I Get My New Exchange Items?

Once we receive and inspect your return, we'll ship out the new items for exchange on the same day.

Refunds

We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment within 3-5 business days.

Please bear in mind it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too. However if more than 10 business days have passed since we’ve approved your return, please contact us at orders@commongroundjj.com
